Server Logs
Our hosting provider (Hostinger, servers located in Germany) automatically logs IP addresses, browser user agent, request time, and page requested. This data is retained for a maximum of 7 days and used exclusively for security and infrastructure purposes. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in maintaining secure infrastructure).
Cookies

Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months from the date of last contact, or for the duration of any business relationship, whichever is longer. Server logs are deleted after 7 days.
